FEMLEGAL ACTIVISM

We are a powerful group of individuals dedicated to exposing the gendered nature of the law and policy. We aim to tackle systemic sexism, racism, transphobia, ableism and homophobia. To combat these issues we need to utilise:

Feminism

We must take an intersectional approach. Our fight is not one for women to bear alone. EVERYONE can be a feminist and only TOGETHER can we achieve real change.

Law

We must fight for legal change. There needs to be a complete overhaul of the judicial system in order to achieve true equality and combat issues such as rape and sexual assault.

Policy

We must improve the way these issues are dealt with at a policy level, whether that is in government, the police, or businesses and organisations' internal policies.
